Tom Boylan

As the Boylan Point Agency owner and creative director, Tom Boylan brings more than 35 years of media sales and production experience to the agency’s work. Although he spent years in sales and management roles for newspapers and radio, his true passion is acting as a creative producer for TV, radio and music. Tom earned his BA in Communications from C.S.U. Sacramento where he began his career in communications and journalism, having been a legislative reporter, TV news writer and photographer. His creative writing skills have been widely published on the web and in print, including a decade worth of writing and editing several weekly columns and award winning special sections for The New York Times owned Press Democrat in Santa Rosa, California.

Community Involvement: Tom is a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor and has served as club President and as District Public Relations Chair for the past 5 years. In addition to Rotary boards, he has served as a board member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.

Windy Swindt

Windy Swindt is a Marketing Consultant and Online Search and Social Marketing specialist. She is a Google Certified Search Engine Marketing Specialist and heads all in-house social marketing campaigns. Windy is a graduate of Sonoma State University with a degree in Communications and an emphasis in Public Relations and Journalism.

Community Involvement: Windy is a current member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Network. She is also a Charter Member of Next Generation Rotary of Santa Rosa where she is on the Public Relations and Service committees.

Brendan Boylan

Brendan Boylan is the agency's Web Developer and heads our Web Marketing department, specializing in Search Engine Marketing and Website Optimization. He will ensure your website is seen on all major search engines when your potential customers are searching for your product or service. Brendan is qualified through the Google Certification Program. He is a graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz with bachelor degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies.

Community Involvement: Brendan is a member of the United Flyers Of Sonoma (UFOS) Disc Golf Club

Sean Boylan

Sean Boylan is our very talented in-house graphic designer. He brings our creative concepts to life using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

Community Involvement: Sean is a member of the Hop Heads, a local Softball Team, and regularly plays soccer in the area.

Rick Burke

Rick Burke is the agency’s Web Developer and a former instructor in 3D animation for the Academy of Digital Animation, Ridgecrest, California. Rick has a unique perspective in developing web based marketing materials, using the latest in web development techniques.

Paul Swensen

Emmy nominated Paul Swensen has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for twenty years as a filmmaker, editor, actor, stage director, orchestral conductor and has written and produced several award winning television series, industrials and regional commercials. Paul is our go-to for video/film production, editing and sound recording.

Duncan Garrett

Duncan Garrett’s career in professional photography began after graduating from The London College of Printing in the United Kingdom where he spent several years working with London newspapers. Since 1986 he has been photographing Sonoma County’s natural beauty as a freelance photographer for commercial work including portraits of all kinds, architecture, landscapes and wineries.
