Back in 1997 Tom got a call from a friend asking if he had an interest in talking with the owner of a Dodge dealership that was looking to make a change in his agency. A brief meeting took place and the Boylan Point Agency opened its doors 30 days later with Santa Rosa Dodge as its first client.
It didn't take long to bring on our second client; Buffalo Billiards another cornerstone that remains a client today. Over the years the agency has acquired many more clients and can boast to having a diverse base, which includes corporate, member-based associations, retail businesses and non-profit organizations. Our diversity is an asset to our clients, because there are opportunities to learn from one and apply to another.
To date, our primary client base is located in the San Francisco North Bay. We have expanded with clients to provide services throughout California, Oregon and Nevada. Recent work has been placed both nationally and internationally to meet our client's needs in their growth. The Boylan Point team is well educated and experienced in a variety of media, including graphic design, TV & radio writing and production, web development, search engine optimization and social / viral marketing. The agency has a strong public relations perspective, having more than a decade of experience as a contract columnist / editor for the New York Times owned Press Democrat and several additional years as a business columnist for the Gannet owned Marin & Sonoma Gazette. Our press relations incorporates both conventional media and web based media: and if we can't get you published in theirs, we'll create a publication of your own.
